Pros

My team manager was awesome. Most people on the ground were very friendly and helpful and tried to do a good job.

Cons

Out of nowhere with no warning they laid off 10% of all employees including me. They only gave a 1 month salary severance and put me and my two young children and my wife I support in an extremely precarious and stressful situation. The pay was not good in the first place and I was not able to save much during my time with them. Do you really think I can get a new job in less than a month in this economy? Unemployment does not cover my bills and I'm absolutely screwed. It should be illegal to do this to people. Companies should be required by law to give either a 6 month warning of an upcoming layoff or a 6 month's salary severance - one of the two. Thanks to Interplay for further contributing to the middle class of this country getting absolutely smoked at every turn. Treat every day as potentially your last if you work for them.

Pros

Remote work with the option to go into the office

Cons

They promote flexibility and work-life balance, but management doesn't actually follow through with that. Management is a cult and looks down on employees. Raises are non-existent. They will lay you off with no warning or PIP. No career adavncement opportunities.
