Intersection Response
8yAs someone who believes passion has a place in the workplace and that people should do what they love for their work, I'm so sorry to hear that Intersection killed your passion. As you are a former employee, I do hope that you've landed somewhere that reignites it and you are able to rise above it.
I've seen a couple of reviews that mention nepotism and misandry here on Glassdoor, and I would really like to learn more about this as I've not encountered it in any exit interview summaries, stay interview reports, or anonymous feedback from existing employees. In regards to nepotism, I've yet to be introduced to people at the company that are related to one another who are active employees. Please do contact me via email or LinkedIn if you'd like to share more information on this feedback.
We know we have some work to do in getting our managers out there, front and center, with cross team collaboration initiatives and management training. We'll be bursting the "bubble" wherever it exists.
