Be wary of the fake reviews

Pros

Unfortunately not much to say here. The views from the office aren’t bad and New York is a great city.

Cons

Most of the recent reviews are fake, I know because I put in a good number of them myself. I was made to put in the fake reviews by one of the execs. Not much I could’ve done to prevent it. Again 100% of the recent 5 star reviews are fake.

I'd have to agree that the views are pretty amazing from our corporate HQ. I would like to address what you have posted about the reviews being fake and also being forced to be submitted by execs at Intersection. If you could please reach out to me directly, I'd like to know more about what you have stated here. We don't run any campaigns internally for Glassdoor reviews and we also have no formal, company led initiative to drive up reviews on the platform. If this is indeed happening and you are being asked to participate in that, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll review this with the executive team during the next ET meeting. In the meantime, we have also reached out to Glassdoor to investigate all reviews, including this one, to make sure we are maintaining the fullest integrity when it comes to feedback for Intersection. Thanks, Paul

Nepotism and Misandry run rampant. Managers are in their own bubble

As someone who believes passion has a place in the workplace and that people should do what they love for their work, I'm so sorry to hear that Intersection killed your passion. As you are a former employee, I do hope that you've landed somewhere that reignites it and you are able to rise above it. I've seen a couple of reviews that mention nepotism and misandry here on Glassdoor, and I would really like to learn more about this as I've not encountered it in any exit interview summaries, stay interview reports, or anonymous feedback from existing employees. In regards to nepotism, I've yet to be introduced to people at the company that are related to one another who are active employees. Please do contact me via email or LinkedIn if you'd like to share more information on this feedback. We know we have some work to do in getting our managers out there, front and center, with cross team collaboration initiatives and management training. We'll be bursting the "bubble" wherever it exists.

Pros

Company have some nice people , free snacks and Open space to work.......Thats it for the Pros, the company could be great if it wasn’t for the management

Cons

-Worst career move ever-made. - lack of leadership -PM’s and Account managers don’t know anything about technology (clueless) making your job a lot harder. - Lack of focus with the projects. - no training what so ever - useless meeting that don’t talk about nothing. - you are set for failure
