We are working on empowering middle management and give them more opportunities to shape the present and future of Intland. Our company culture is very startup-like, we need people who can take initiative and walk the path that is less beaten which is not always suitable for everyone. We strive to adapt to the needs of our clients and as they use our tool for innovation, sometimes it is hard for them to plan, too, we need to be as agile as possible and work in synergy with them. This can result in changing priorities and high demands, but it is also highly rewarding to achieve success at Intland as we are not small cogwheels but have a large impact with everything we do.
