We have a large customer base which keeps growing and we grow together with them. We are working on empowering middle management and give them more opportunities to shape the present and future of Intland. Our company culture is very startup-like, we need people who can take initiative and walk the path that is less beaten which is not always suitable for everyone. We strive to adapt to the needs of our clients and as they use our tool for innovation, sometimes it is hard for them to plan, too, we need to be as agile as possible and work in synergy with them. This can result in changing priorities and high demands, but it is also highly rewarding to achieve success at Intland as we are not small cogwheels but have a large impact with everything we do.

Most of our colleagues see our products as their own as they have put a lot of work into it, and we are indeed in close contact with the client to ensure we understand and meet their needs fully. Since the company has undergone large growth in the past years, we are working on our processes to make them smoother and really appreciate input and initiative on how to make them better.
