Pros

Very laced company for the most part could watch tv and color in between calls. Pay was ok at 19.50 an hour

Cons

Management teamed up to fire all of the black team leads and OMs. The can never stay consistent with rules or incentives. Calls are graded by AI. they don’t do job bids like they said they would. Training is only 2 weeks and they teach you nothing so you look crazy to customers not know how to properly answer their questions. I can go on and on. But if your new in town or need a quick job til you find something better, this is the job. Don’t come here thinking you can spend years and make a career out of it. Oh and insurance benefits are not affordable, you can’t use your vacation (pto)time for a year. Which anfter that year it’s only an week. And can only use sick time when sick. They promised overtime all summer but only gave us vto because there wasn’t enough work.

Cons

Self managed. They blame employees or client for their ineptitude. Systems rigged against single mothers and foreigners.
