Great Family owned company, understands family comes first.

Family is always protected in downturns.

Good "starter" job for anyone who wants to get their foot in the door and doesn't mind working over time. They do hire within the company and give opportunities to further your knowledge.

Very cliquey, especially throughout the women, including the HR/partial owner of the company, this makes it very uncomfortable to address issues. Pays low wages but lets you make up for it with extreme over time, this makes it hard to balance work and family life . Also, a very untrusting atmosphere, you get the feeling someone is always looking over your shoulder.
