      Interesting work. Lots of variety and potential for personal development working with (mainly) automotive companies delivering high precision tooling and gauging equipment.

      Cons

      Nepotism is alive and doing very well within this company. It really is who you know, not what you know.

      Thank you for the review. As a family-owned company for over 40 years, everyone realizes that there is a work-life balance, and management always allows for time and energy to be allocated to those times when "real life" needs your extra attention. All levels of management have an open-door policy, so if you or anyone else has an issue regarding work hours, rate, etc., you can always talk to someone about your concerns. The last two years in particular have been difficult on everyone, at work and in their personal lives. But with open communication, most, if not all issues can be resolved.
