Good: fully remote, flexible work with good benefits. Bad: think twice before joining. - Anonymous employee Intradiem Employee Review

Pros

Fully remote work, flexible hours and travel opportunities at least once a year depending on role. The CEO is a charismatic visionary and a genuinely caring good listener. The business and product are unique in the contact centre industry. It feels like the company "dreams big" and is working towards an ambitious vision.

Cons

Think twice before joining. Charisma and nepotism are often valued more than competence during the hiring process. During my time, this led to more than one colleague being quietly made redundant (or fired, I was never quite sure), whilst others struggled with their role so much they constantly had to reach out for help to complete basic tasks in their main job. There are also sadly a few pockets of toxic culture, depending on your department/team. This is the only company I have worked at where I ever felt singled out and bullied by a senior manager. When a project goes badly, I saw a lot of "blame game", and not a lot of root cause analysis.

We are sorry that you feel this way about your time here at Intradiem. We work very hard during the hiring process to make sure we are hiring a team that not only has the right talent and skills, but that will fit in culturally as well. Indeed, we don’t always get it right – and sometimes we need to make changes when we do not get it right. If you honestly ever felt “bullied,” I wish you would have immediately notified HR or another member of the senior team, as that type of behavior has never been, nor ever will be, tolerated at Intradiem. Please feel free to reach out to any member of the People Team directly if you would like to discuss this more.

Pros

Best place I have ever worked, fully remote, and autonomy in how and when you work. Kind and caring co workers and leadership.

Cons

Nothing to note, really, best place I have ever worked.

Pros

Competitive pay. Benefits are decent but very expensive. WLB is good.

Cons

The projects we worked on were interesting but quite disorganized. They constantly preach an employee first mantra, with the CEO saying at every town hall that his first priority is to make sure that everyone “is able to buy groceries every week” while the reality is they will lay you off with little thought at any sign of market/business downturn.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and for recognizing the talent and collaboration of our team members. We’re proud of the people who work here and the relationships they build. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with management, communication, and organizational clarity fell short. Feedback around planning, documentation, transparency, and how we navigate change, especially during challenging business moments, is important and taken seriously. To be clear, the company did not conduct “huge layoffs 4-5 years ago.” In fact, the entire senior leadership team took pay reductions when Covid first hit to avoid having to reduce staff. That said, we understand how perceptions around job security and messaging can impact trust, and we take that seriously. We continue to focus on being transparent, thoughtful, and consistent in how leaders communicate and how decisions are made, especially during periods of change. Our aim is to ensure our values are reflected not just in what we say, but in how we lead day to day. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
