Slow days, first months feel long. Reading can bottleneck your progress. Compensation is not up to par with other companies, regarding entry level salaries. No actual benefits! No ticket restaurant card for the first year. No travel compensation (there are company buses though). Working hours can get out of hand. Needs to attract more seniors.
