      Pros

      The small size allows for exposure to many parts of the company. Very stable and a decent bonus and benefits system.

      Cons

      More of a development company than trading shop. At times it can seem more monolithic in its approach than a company of this size should be.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
