      Super interesting work, ability to get involved in a variety of projects and learn a ton. Very intelligent co-workers.

      Cons

      Be prepared to make 20-30% less than you would at a competitor doing the same job. Definitely overworked and not properly compensated.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
