      The people I work with are smart, driven, nice, and pleasant to work with.

      As covid cases began to decline, it became very clear that upper management cared more about "butts in seats" and control over their employees than what working conditions their employees actually prefer.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
