      It’s a well known place to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      Micromanagement of many things that don’t matter. If you get your job done, why should it matter how many times you scan into the building, especially when many senior staff are based elsewhere.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
