      Security, always busy, excellent co-workers

      Cons

      Insanely overworked, which has led to very high attrition. Senior Leadership tries to address by putting in support systems that ultimately create more burden on the people that are tasked with using those systems.

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Cons

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
