No pros at all, they don’t even deserve to be existing as a company. Its a pure dictatorship company.

Worst management they don’t know how to handle a situation. This Company is building a simple application that already exists in the market which could be built within 2 months nowadays using AI, and these people are working on it since 4years now and haven’t yet launched the product. Just imagine the situation that’s going there, and the blame is just on the employees. Who ever employee is staying there more than a year for now is not at all skilled, and new people who are joining there are leaving the company soon. Each and every employee in the company wants to leave the company as soon as possible. Such a negative environment, they force people scold employee to work, no work ethics at allll.. this problem is not only faced by me, it’s faced by all the employees in the company.
