I applied in-person. I interviewed at Invisia (Bengaluru)
Interview
I was invited to interview for a Scrum Master position, but once I arrived, they decided to put me through the Senior Scrum Master interview process instead. The ironic—or maybe amusing—part is that they gave me an online aptitude test that I could have easily taken from home, especially since they required the camera to be on. There was really no need for me to travel all the way from Bannerghatta to Kalyan Nagar (about 18 km).
The test itself had only a little content related to Scrum and focused more on project management, estimation, and basic math problems—things like the classic “two trains traveling at different speeds” type of questions. With over 13 years of experience, I found it quite funny that they wanted to assess me based on an aptitude test like that.

Question 1
Nothing except to rewrite the test again, I suggest no one to go for that company, who doesn't know the interview process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Invisia (Bengaluru) in Jan 2025
Interview
It was one of the best interviews that I faced in recent times. With 15 years of experience, I see there are still some companies that really care about the interview process and evaluate candidates based on skills rather than just go by resumes or interviews. I had 4 rounds total; Round 1 was technical, which evaluated my product management skills and Situational judgement; Round 2 was face-to-face interaction with COO; and Round 3 was with directors and then finally CEO. I appreciate their time to review my portfolio and assess me thoroughly before I was offered this role. I have accepted the offer, and I am happy I joined here. Its a challenging project, and I am excited to learn and deliver.

Question 1
It was about creating products that can make a difference and how I would build products to stand out in the market. Strategies and implementation tactics, etc.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Invisia (Bengaluru)
Interview
Interview process is really bad. Why? For a Senior position, they wanted candidates to take online tests that evaluates based on behavioural, aptitude, Product Management skills. First they said, one online test and then f2f interview with a director and then HR discussion. I cleared the test and waited for few days. HR comes back and says that I cleared the test and asks me to take up another test. I cleared that as well. After 2 days, again the HR requestsme to take up another test. This happened again and I took 4 online tests. Then they call me for a f2f interview with the Directors (2 panel). The interview lasted for almost 90 mins. They were happy and scheduled an interview with the CEO. To my surprise, none of the discussions that I had with the Directors were shared with the CEO. The CEO asked me questions that were really unprofessional. Are you married? I said yes and continues asking me who all lives in my family and who takes care of the kid, father, is my wife working?etc This was a turn off for me.
He also asked me a lot of questions on why I left previous orgs going back to my first company. I told him some of the roles become redundant and some were facing financial crunch issues. For this, he asked, are you sure? and doubted me. I realised this discussion was very unprofessional and decided not to join even if they offered. Nowadays, the roles and the projects are short term and I as a candidate do not have any control over these external factors. HR could have rejected me during screening and not waste my time for more than 3 weeks, taking up 4 online test, go to the company for f2f, spending half a day and then get to meet the CEO who only doubts my stability (my avg is 2.5 years),instead of noticing my skills and experience that I bring in.
