      Pay slightly higher than others. You don't really need to do anything, just need to brown nose the right person, and get paid well.

      Join if you enjoy politics, and can't do your job. Everything is politics Need a monitor politics Need something done politics Promotion? Politics. High incompetency rates, but they have director or VP titles, so brown nose.

      Have many things to learn and get to know more brands such as Shopee, aliexpress,etc

      Cons

      Internal communication especially to Ops team is veryyy veryyy difficult. Do not feedback accordingly. Need to talk to them very very very very detail only they understand, and they still use their tech terms lol
