Challenging Environment

Pros

Some nice employees, nice pantry, and special activities by the hr on every month

Cons

Worked for 2 years with a team that remained short-staffed, leading to a constant overload of work that required early starts and late finishes. Despite this, there were no promotion opportunities, while some other departments saw employees progress from executive to manager level within three years. It seems that being of a certain race could be an advantage. Recognition and promotions also seemed to depend on staying late—sometimes until 9 pm or later. The culture seems to be like the later you work, the better employee you are, and while they higher earners can afford to order grab to go home, explains why they don't mind doing that. Micromanagement was intense, with managers focusing on minute details to the point that it sometimes upset clients. Simple issues would get blown up into long, drawn-out projects, overloading already busy team members, only for them to fizzle out unfinished. Long meetings, often stretching 3–4 hours, were another downside—time was spent on excessive details that didn’t add value to the discussion. Some of the managers love to find other team's fault so they can attack that team and showing they're the best team. Team-building were non-existent, because the managers and seniors are always too busy. They also never go for any vacation and working tirelessly, reinforcing an unbalanced work culture. If you're considering joining IA, I’d advise reflecting on these points. This is my last contribution as a former employee who values a positive work environment and growth and as a human being.

Pros

-Good Teammate -Friendly colleague -Salary on-time

Cons

1. Unrealistic expectations were consistently set by management which did not take into consideration the resources available. 2. Diversity was not adequately represented in the workplace. 3. Management was more focused on finding issues rather than finding solutions. 4. The fast-paced nature of the industry posed a challenge in achieving the desired results with the available workforce and resources, which were inadequate for meeting the demands.

Pros

Pay slightly higher than others. You don't really need to do anything, just need to brown nose the right person, and get paid well.

Cons

Join if you enjoy politics, and can't do your job. Everything is politics Need a monitor politics Need something done politics Promotion? Politics. High incompetency rates, but they have director or VP titles, so brown nose.
