      Pros

      We are working on some really fun pieces of technology. I enjoy going to work everyday. The company is filled with smart people that are great to work with. Being able to remote in to the office is a huge plus for me.

      Cons

      Being so small we all wear a ton of hats right now.

      Pros

      The team chemistry was one of the best I've worked on. Everyone got along well, and there was a good variety of different perspectives to make a great product. There was, at the time, some fantastic mentoring in place that would push you out of your comfort zone and allow you the space to learn and make mistakes. Everyone had a unified approach to the mission of the company.

      Cons

      Senior Management doesn't have the vision to direct the company on the path to success. Politics rules over good ideas.
