Pros

- Get free lunch every once in awhile - Solid benefits - Get paid on time

Cons

- They will decrease your pay without reason and increase your work load - You will work 50-60 hours a week in an entry level position, guaranteed - Executives are far removed from the day to day operations - No training will be administered, they will feed you to the wolves - Upper management will agree with your advice and do nothing to address it - Do not make the slightest mistake or you will get fired - Sales will push Client Services to complete a job with unrealistic expectations because they do not know how to reason with the client - There is zero communication with upper management and other teams - There is zero work/life balance - Employee frustrations are not addressed at the slightest bit - Management do not look at you as a person but rather a pawn in their plan to get rich quick - The 'Wal-Mart' of eDiscovery services

Pros

There are some great people working at this company who can become close friends. Iris has a family like feel to it, this might vary from department to department but from what I have seen it's wonderful. They do work hard to make a big dent in the industry and it shows in the quality of work and how clients are treated. It's a very fast pace place (which makes the days go by quicker) and actually rewarding. You will get rewarded with praise and announcements for an accomplishment.

Cons

The goal reviews are about the dumbest thing imaginable. Basically, you are rated on a scale of 1-4 and if you met your goals. Normally you don't receive higher than a 2 and management expects that. In fact they will look into anyone who stated above that. So, it's like they are asking you to feel like you failed. If you move positions or something isn't available to you anymore, you don't get to count that goal... and when review time comes, that counts against you. They don't judge you on performance, you could do a semi-decent job, but if you get your goals taken care of you are golden. Nothing is ever set in stone, being in client services you can get tossed around and promised things but never have the end result you were hoping for. Of course there are certain people that can irritate you as an employee, but that is EVERYWHERE. It's e-discovery, it's going to be stressful at times.
