Job security and no stress as you can get away with doing the bare minimum. Because the company does not fire incompetent employees- they will just transfer you to another department. No need to work overtime so you get good work-life balance because the company implements a scan clock-in system and will penalize late-comers such as pay deduction. Since there is no reward for extra hours that you work, employees should clock out on time as their working day ends.
Cons
Very traditional. Lack of career progression and growth due to having incompetent management who do the bare minimum. You won't develop skillsets that's marketable in your future job search. Pay increment is pathetic and way below market rate so you will be at a losing end in future pay negotiations
