      Simple procedures Clean environment Indoors with a.c. Pay and benefits

      Cons

      Voluntold.... you are expected to show up if they say you have to be there. Even Sundays. Supervisors always on you The point system is flawed Third shift get's the short end of the stick. A lot of OT... They don't care if you want to go home. You work until they tell you to go home. STANDING NEARLY 10-12HOURS A DAY
