      Willing to hire new people and train them. Flexible scheduling in some departments

      Cons

      The flip side of being willing to train new people is that you'll often have people coming in with almost no experience. The lack of an organized onboarding process means that experienced employees will be expected to teach on top of all their other responsibilities.
