IsoLabs is in a unique position. Being founded off the back of the groundbreaking work of the AlphaFold team at DeepMind, we're looking to take things even further and reimagine the Drug Discovery process end to end. Every 'Iso' is playing their part in helping the company to change the way that drugs are developed, which is likely to impact humanity on a global scale! With the backing of Alphabet/Google/DeepMind - financially, and also in terms of access to talent, computing power, and wider resources - but also operating as a nimble start-up with the freedom to set its own direction. We're making a point to hire people with a passion for sharing knowledge and bringing each other up. Not a negative as such, but worth keeping in mind that the company is very much in start-up mode. Processes and ways of working are still being established, and everything is being built from the ground up. If you're not comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pace, this may not be the right place for you.
