- If you are a "yes" person and not a capable engineer, that is the best place for you - just listen to what your manager says and pretend you're working. - People outside might think you're cool.

Cons

- Company does silent layoffs and follows Amazon principles - Opposite of Alphabet culture - Good scientists that built the company are leaving - Low base compensation - The company is hiring ex-Amazon and ex-fintech managers who have never built anything.
