      Get the salary on time

      -No proper rules or process in place. -Hire and fire policy -Appreciation, rewards are like alien concept - Highly unprofessional managers - No value to your hard work . As managers himself says openly that " you are not living in 90's where you work hard and get recognize for it. One has to always show off!!" . -No proper guidance for Juniors leading to Zero learning.

      Pros

      Only worked there for about 6 months, but had a good experience overall. Fast growing travel tech company with lots of opportunity. Its a very competitive space, but the product is better than most travel platforms out there in the market today, in my honest opinion.

      Cons

      Cant really think of any cons outside of the normal stuff you deal with at any start-up company.
