Absolutely Atrocious Company Culture - If you are from US - BEWARE!
Pros
- They pay your salary on time - Can work Remotely - A few people in the Sales team are very kind people.
Cons
- They don't do PIPs, you can be fired at any point in time without a heads up. -Unrealistic Quotos - my quarterly quota was the same as my annual quota at a competitor in the same industry. - CEO routinely humiliates staff for making mistakes (these staff don't have any equity in the company and nothing vesting) - Expect nothing you'd normally get at a US Tech Company ( Unlimited PTO, functioning computers, positive culture) - Computer is like a $300 lenovo thinkpad that barely works. They have employees they fired ship them to their replacements uncleaned. - Literally everyone I spoke to at the company hates it there and feels trapped except for one sales dude who gets all the big leads. He is happy rightfully so because he is making serious money. If you can get in that position it will be a good fit.
