Pros
Fairly accessible location throughout the Valley. The money wasn't awful. Last but not least, the warning signs were obvious, so I was able to get out fast.
Cons
Even at such a small company, the CEO was rarely present. I saw him in person maybe once. ItsOn has a "death march" development schedule. Expect late nights and frustration. Engineering management doesn't get their hands dirty at all, even during crunch time. The codebases are very old and no effort has been made to refactor them. The team is highly resistant to change.
