Management lacked professionalism and frequently took over or reassigned my clients, undermining both performance and morale. The company consistently made promises regarding growth and support that were never fulfilled. The work environment was extremely high-pressure, with unrealistic expectations, no overtime compensation, and little regard for employee well-being. Overall, a highly toxic and unsupportive workplace.
