Literally everything. Management literally hates its employees. HR is a mouthpiece for the CEO and does NOT care about employees. Medical benefits are terrible. Vacation (if you can take it) is subpar. 401k match is 2% and has a 5 year vesting schedule. The culture is extremely toxic and you can feel it the second you walk in the door. There is no work-life balance. And being a woman means no chance for advancement. Compensation and promotions are based on favoritism (hint: if you are not a young male looking to kiss up to your boss all day, you aren't going to be a favorite). The whole goal is to use and abuse employees. Really, please do your self a favor and do not even consider working here.
