Pros
The head of my department was the best you could get. He protected us from many opportunities they asked us to trim the area. It gave me great personal experience
Cons
After deciding to look around and other jobs (finding few in the Colorado area) I found my position was severely underpaid compared to the industry. Not only that but the staffing was quite small compared to other companies doing the same thing. So I'd like to copy a similar note from another reviewer
