1. Underpaid. for the work I have done, I meant to be paid $55.000,00 per annum. however, the manager said I did not pass my probation therefore I stayed at $50k. 2. Unprofessional manager. When I resigned under the understanding of me still being under probation, I told my manager a week in advance notice letter. However, she advised that I already passed my probation three months ago. 3. Unhelpful HR. HR is never there to help employees; which is true. However, in JC Decaux HR follow whatever suits. They never give you the full information of anything and always by the upperhand's side and tries to shut you down if there is anything wrong. 4. No Sick leaves. You can actually get fired because you take sick leaves in JC Decaux. However it will never be written on paper or in any emails, they always do things verbally.
