      Good projects to get experience. Friendly co-workers. Comfortable work environment. Good office location with a beautiful view of City of Dallas.

      Cons

      Base salary below the average. Bonuses twice a year and very low. You need to be proactive, show progress and use your knowledge. No one has time to train employees.
