      JQ promotes a unique culture by giving everyone a voice at all levels and keeping doors open. They let people take charge of their career and give EITs great opportunities to learn and develop their career via opportunity, mentorship, and encouraging everyone to share their thoughts. With its size, JQ is unique in maintaining the small company culture that allows everyone to have a voice and take charge of their career path.

      Workload can be a lot (as is typical in the industry) and generally the fees on projects can be undershot which makes maintaining a budget stressful
