Good company if your starting out with an airline for the first time. Good place to get your feet wet.
Cons
No room for growth Upper management has poor judge in character. They put people in positions that don't have the knowledge or leadership skills to be there. Most of the upper management micro manage. They don't what you to have an opinion, that will cost you any kind of movement up. The company will take your joy.
