Being vocal about the negative to protect the core appeal for the crew and support team resulted in an all out assassination of a very loyal and committed employee. Bonus negative - The only female on the team and not bashful in raising legitimate concerns on behalf of the team resulted in being labeled difficult and insubordinate by upper management and executive leadership.
