Pros
I love the small company feel. There’s a ton of room for growth in the company. They’re aggressively expanding, creating new positions all over if you’re willing to relocate. The non-rev benefits are great. The people who work here truly want to be here, so it makes everyday feel a lot less like work and more like spending time with like minded people. I truly have loved my time here and cannot recommend this company enough.
Cons
Being a newer company, there are still some growing pains. However there has recently been a change in the senior leadership teams. I believe these changes will help identify critical gaps in the company’s infrastructure. There has been a huge focus on improvements to the overall business model and empowering the staff to make changes that are beneficial for them.
