      Pros

      Jackson does a great job of taking care of its employees. There are great options for health, dental, and vision insurance, an awesome 401k match, and a decent amount of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Nepotism and favoritism are rampant. Everyone is related to someone. Much of the management staff is unaware of what their employees are doing, and hardly understand it. There is no way to provide feedback about your manager.

      Pros

      Excellent company to grow and advance your career.

      Cons

      The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.

      Pros

      Work-life balance and most individual contributors are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership get to their positions by being in the company a long time, not through competence or merit. As a result, all of the worst symptoms of bad management come out. Poor decision making, favoritism, incompetence, retaliation, etc, are everywhere.
