      Bonuses, good benefits, lots of PTO, nice building and walking trails

      Cons

      The company doesn’t value its employees. They are making huge cuts and expanding their outsourcing. It’s not worth the stress to be constantly worrying about when your job will be eliminated.

      The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.
