      Growth within Company, Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      Pay, Favoritism within some departments (Myself and a couple of others went to HR to bring up concerns about a certain employee’s actions. Actions were not taken seriously and the employee still works there), Diversity and Inclusion is shown but secretly judged as well.

      Excellent company to grow and advance your career.

      Cons

      The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.

      Pros

      Work-life balance and most individual contributors are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership get to their positions by being in the company a long time, not through competence or merit. As a result, all of the worst symptoms of bad management come out. Poor decision making, favoritism, incompetence, retaliation, etc, are everywhere.
