Pros
Working with an awesome bunch of people - Jade is packed full of great people who care about their work and each other. "People First" is one of Jade's values, and they genuinely embrace that. They'd also embraced remote working & hybrid working before the pandemic, so easily able to adapt during the various "waves".
Cons
As with many other businesses, especially in IT, there's been a lot of employee churn lately, resulting in a lot of brain drain.
