For this reason, morale seems to have fallen off a cliff in the last 6 months. * Hints at opportunities for professional development, but little concrete. * Quite a few resignations over last year, worrying. * Management mention high proportion of new staff (something like 30% @ <1 year) as a positive, but the flipside of that is we are losing years of domain knowledge, which is also worrying.
