The compensation for freshers is very good, if I talk about myself my CTC is very excellent. The starting of my career is very nice. The CEO of company never behave like an boss, he always support like a friend, father, mother. I saw all my family relation in the CEO of the company. He always encourage the employee. There is also some learning & development session for the employees so they feel motivated. When any person in company feel demoralised or feeling low, they have opportunity to directly meet with CEO of the company and he motivates that employee.
