Kind, helpful culture, innovative and exciting, excellent product with innovative and motivated product development team, helpful management and peer groups, genuinely super people

Cons

If you are used to a large enterprise, moving to a smaller company has it's challenges - many new processes in flight which is natural, less infrastructure support, smaller departments like marketing, sales is largely green field hunting depending on region and vertical

Pros

I've been here over five years and stayed because of a great team, customers and support of my manager. I'd recommend it to others looking for a new sales gig with a real product and a great customer list.

Cons

The whole world is shifting to AI and it does require a steep learning curve.

Pros

Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

Cons

Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
