I’ve worked in the tech industry for 14 years, and this is the happiest I’ve been in my career: -Company mission and product direction are clearly defined for employees, and everyone seems bought in. -Colleagues are respectful, helpful, and kind to one another regardless of job title or demographics. -Senior executives are accessible and approachable, and recognize employees for their contributions. -Employees are given a good balance of clear direction and free agency to try out new ideas and make mistakes. -Lots of support and flexibility for working parents.
Cons
-In the development organization, there is not much movement between teams, so work seems siloed. -Colleagues in the Support organization seem disengaged and are continually leaving.
