Business Outlook
Pros
Combination of people and products make this a pretty good place to work. The products are healthier than most quick-service places although some drinks aren't as healthy as they could be. The environment is much more relaxed and fun to work in too!
Cons
Most of the stores have been sold to franchisees so support isn't the same and the fact that there aren't many locations with drive-thru service has really limited sales growth throughout the company. Decisions at the top don't always make sense when it comes to implementation which shows there needs to be more senior management with real operations experience.
