Pros
The manger is extremely efficient. Knew what she was doing, assigns tasks well, does her job well, helps us when the store is busy...Employees not too bad either. The store I worked at was hella busy, so the time just flew 50% off everything =)
Cons
When it's not busy they just let you leave earlyeven if you're scheduled to work certain hours -_- Almost every retail/food companies do it so I guess its common. Unethical if you ask me though
