      -Decent pay for what you are doing - Making Smoothies is pretty fun once you get the hang of it - Customers do not get as angry at you compared to coffee

      Cons

      - Horrible General and Regional Management. Has been the cause of alot of Workers to quit -Basically no benefits, can't even get a free smoothie -Very Strict on Portions and labor, they are constantly checking the cameras and breathing down your neck for any little thing
