Pros
1. There is no bar on technologies, you can propose, use any sort of tools, technologies and get it approved. 2. Good business domain - Cloud computing and Commerce. 3. Few talented and hard working engineers.
Cons
1. Bad management. They tend to be biased base on their favourites. 2. No SDLC. Its a free flowing environment. The teams should adopt Agile or any equivalent. 3. Engineers are seen as resources and not "Engineers". Should recruit good managers from top companies.
